What to expect when you arrive
Each location has its own pickup routine. Here's how it works so you know exactly where to go.
Kirk Road
Reservations recommended- Reservations are required, but walk-ups can be accommodated under the right circumstances — text us first to check availability.
- Parking is available on the lower level. From there, walk up the hill or take the steps to our location.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for a quick safety tutorial before your ride.
Bears Den
Reservations required- Strictly a pickup & drop-off location, so reservations are required — no walk-ups.
- Park in front of the Scholl Recreation Pavilion. Your e-bikes will be delivered right to the pavilion.
